IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCES
Creative technology for brands, cultural institutions, and entertainment operators in Thailand and Southeast Asia. Projection mapping, interactive installations, and 360-degree environments that transform space into story.
Immersive experience design is the discipline of using technology — projection, LED, spatial audio, sensors, and real-time content — to transform a physical space into an environment that surrounds, engages, and responds to the audience. Where a conventional exhibition presents content to a viewer, an immersive experience places the viewer inside the content.
The best immersive work begins not with technology but with a question: what should the audience feel? Technology is the medium that answers that question. Our role is to understand the narrative intent, the audience psychology, and the physical constraints of the space — and then engineer an experience that makes the technology invisible and the emotion undeniable.
Unsystem approaches immersive work as creative technologists — equally fluent in the language of storytelling and the language of systems. We produce everything in-house: concept development, technical design, content creation, build, commissioning, and ongoing support.

3D mapping onto architecture, vehicles, objects, and bodies. We handle everything from single projector applications to complex multi-projector blended installations across irregular surfaces.
Sensor-driven environments that respond to audience presence, movement, touch, and sound. From single interactive walls to fully reactive multi-zone spaces that evolve in real time.
Full-room immersive environments — floor, walls, and ceiling — using blended projection or tiled LED to wrap the audience in content. Popular for museum experiences, brand activations, and entertainment venues.
Unified show control architecture that manages projection, LED, lighting, audio, and interactive sensors from a single control layer — ensuring reliable, repeatable playback for permanent installations.
Original content created for the specific geometry, audience, and narrative of each project. Real-time generative systems allow infinite variation so repeat visitors always encounter something new.
Combining LED walls with projection mapping in a single environment to use each technology where it performs best — LED for high-brightness accent zones, projection for vast continuous surfaces.
Immersive technology crosses sector boundaries. Our experience spans brand marketing, cultural institutions, entertainment, and corporate communications — each requiring a different creative approach but the same rigorous technical execution.
Pop-up experiences, product launches, and flagship store environments that create lasting brand memory.
Permanent and touring exhibition design for cultural institutions, historical sites, and science centres.
Club environments, bar interiors, entertainment complexes, and hospitality venues with permanent immersive design.
Immersive retail environments, visual merchandising systems, and brand experience zones in flagship stores.
Brand launch environments, annual conference experiences, and product reveal stages with high-impact visual design.
Ride pre-show environments, dark ride media, interactive queue lines, and show systems for themed entertainment.
We are technology-agnostic. Projection, LED, motion sensing, spatial audio, generative content — we select and integrate the tools that best serve the creative intent of each project. No preferred vendor lock-in. No one-size-fits-all toolkit.

An immersive experience is an environment designed to surround and engage the audience across multiple senses simultaneously — typically using large-format projection, LED displays, spatial audio, interactive sensors, and real-time content to transform a physical space into a different world. Unlike a standard exhibition where visitors view content on a panel or screen, an immersive experience places the audience inside the content. The environment reacts to presence, movement, and interaction. Participants do not observe the experience — they inhabit it. This distinction produces an entirely different emotional response and dramatically increases dwell time, social sharing, and brand memorability.
Our process begins with a creative brief and site survey. We map the physical space, understand the audience journey, and develop a concept that uses technology as a medium for the story rather than as a showcase of equipment. From concept approval, we move into technical design — projection mapping geometry, LED panel placement, sensor and show control architecture, and content production specifications. Content creation runs in parallel with technical build. We conduct pre-production testing and refinement before the final installation, followed by a commissioning period and operator training. For brand activations, typical timelines run 6–12 weeks from brief to opening. Museum-grade permanent installations may require 16–24 weeks.
We are technology-agnostic and select tools based on what best serves each project. For projection mapping, we work with laser projectors from major manufacturers and media servers including Disguise, Resolume, and Derivative TouchDesigner. For interactive installations, we integrate motion tracking, depth sensors, and computer vision depending on the interaction required. Show control platforms include Crestron, QLab, and custom show control software. LED walls, kinetic systems, and spatial audio are incorporated where appropriate. Generative and real-time content is produced in Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner, and GLSL shaders. We choose the right tool for the job — not the tool we have the most investment in.
Yes. We have delivered projects across Southeast Asia including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam, as well as supporting productions in the Middle East and Europe. For international projects, we typically partner with local production and installation vendors while providing technical direction, system design, content production, and commissioning from our Bangkok base. Regional coverage is determined by project scope — contact our team to discuss a specific location.
Our clients span brand activation agencies, luxury brands, cultural institutions, entertainment operators, theme park developers, and government tourism bodies. Specific sectors include luxury fashion and retail (immersive pop-ups and flagship store environments), museums and cultural centres (permanent and touring exhibition design), entertainment and hospitality (nightlife environments, hotel lobbies, dining experiences), and corporate events (brand launches, product reveals, annual conferences). If the goal is to transform a space into an experience that people remember, we are the right team.
Every immersive project begins with a conversation. Share your brief, your space, and your story — and our team will show you what is possible.
