We carry the US-Series LED wall system — a high-end line available from P1.9 to P4.8 pixel pitch, engineered for virtual production, broadcast, live events, and permanent architecture. With 7,680Hz+ refresh rates, 22-bit colour processing, and Brompton-compatible signal chains, the US-Series is built for demanding applications where image quality is non-negotiable.
The US-Series works with any LED processor or media server already in your pipeline. We do not require clients to adopt proprietary systems — our role is to make the technology serve your project, whatever form that takes.

We train your team on daily operation, content management, and first-line troubleshooting. Every installation receives comprehensive as-built documentation, warranty certificates, and access to our post-sales technical support team.

Pixel pitch selection depends primarily on two factors: viewing distance and application. For virtual production and broadcast studios viewed up close, P1.9–P2.6 delivers the resolution required for in-camera clarity. For live events and corporate spaces with audiences at 5–15 metres, P2.9–P3.9 provides the optimal balance of image quality and cost. For large outdoor venues and architectural installations viewed from 10 metres or more, P4.8 and above covers the requirement. Our team conducts a site assessment and recommends the appropriate specification for every project.
A typical permanent LED installation follows four phases: consultation and system design (1–2 weeks), cabinet fabrication and delivery (3–6 weeks depending on scale), on-site structural preparation and panel installation (3–10 days), and calibration and commissioning (1–2 days). Total lead time from confirmed order to operational system typically ranges from 6 to 10 weeks. We manage the entire process and provide a dedicated project coordinator from kick-off through handover.
US-Series LED panels are engineered for minimal maintenance with hot-swappable modules, tool-free module replacement, and independent power units. Routine maintenance involves periodic dust cleaning, brightness calibration checks every 3–6 months, and firmware updates. We offer annual maintenance contracts covering preventative service visits and discounted module replacement. Most installations operate for 5+ years without a single module failure under normal conditions.
Yes. The US-Series LED wall system works with any industry-standard media server or LED processor — Brompton, Novastar, Liantronics, or any third-party system your production already uses. We do not lock clients into a proprietary processing ecosystem. Our standard recommendation includes Brompton Technology processing for broadcast and virtual production applications due to its industry-leading colour science, but the final processing choice is always the client's.
Yes. The US-Series product line covers both indoor (P1.9–P3.9, IP20 rated) and outdoor (P3.9–P4.8, IP65 rated) applications. Outdoor panels feature weatherproofing, higher peak brightness up to 6,500 nits for direct sunlight visibility, and ruggedised die-cast aluminium cabinets rated for tropical climates. We handle all aspects of outdoor installations including structural engineering, weatherproofing, and grid power integration.
