Most LED rental suppliers deliver panels in flight cases and expect your production team to handle the rest. We operate differently. Every Unsystem LED rental includes a dedicated technical crew — from load-in through show operation to load-out. Our operators understand the systems they are running, having built and operated LED walls on concert stages, broadcast sets, and film productions throughout the region.
This matters on a live production. A malfunctioning panel mid-show, a signal chain issue during a keynote, or a calibration problem caught on camera — these are the moments where experienced crew make the difference. We staff every deployment with technicians who have seen and solved these problems before.

What factors determine the cost of an LED wall rental?
LED rental pricing is determined by five primary variables: panel count (total square metres of LED surface required), pixel pitch (finer pitch panels carry a higher day rate), rental duration (multi-day or multi-week productions benefit from better rates), crew requirements (number of operators, technical director involvement), and logistics (transport distance, rigging complexity, generator requirements for outdoor events). How far in advance should I book LED wall rental for my event?
For large concerts and touring productions, we recommend confirming your rental 6–12 weeks in advance to guarantee panel availability and allow time for custom structural engineering if required. For corporate events and exhibitions, 3–4 weeks lead time is typically sufficient. For smaller productions and urgent bookings, contact us directly — we maintain a standing inventory and can often accommodate shorter lead times. Early booking also allows time for pre-production content testing and operator briefings.
Does the rental include technical crew and operators?
Yes. Unsystem LED rentals are full-service — hardware and crew together. Every rental includes a dedicated technical operator for the duration of the production. For larger productions, we provide a full crew complement including a lead technical director, video engineers, and rigging supervisors. We do not supply bare hardware without technical support, because proper LED operation on a live production requires experienced operators who understand the system end-to-end.
Can your LED walls be used outdoors?
Yes. Our outdoor-rated LED panels carry an IP65 weatherproof rating and deliver up to 6,500 nits peak brightness for direct sunlight visibility. We have deployed outdoor LED systems for outdoor concerts, festival stages, brand activations, and sports events across Thailand. All outdoor deployments include appropriate structural engineering, weatherproofing of signal and power distribution, and generator coordination. Can LED walls be configured in curved or non-standard shapes?
Yes. US-Series panels support concave and convex curved configurations, corner builds, and multi-plane geometries. Curved LED is popular for concert stage design, immersive brand activations, and wrap-around broadcast environments. Our team handles the structural design for custom configurations and provides full pre-production previsualization so you can approve the final geometry before build day.
